How to update payment information

Overview

Use this process to make changes to your payment information: credit card details and so on.

To update or remove a PayPal payment agreement, please contact your Sales representative.

Managing payment methods

1. Login to ETM Dashboard.
2. Click My Organization in the menu at the left-hand side of the page.
3. Select Billing.
4. From this screen, you can update your billing info in the fields provided (such as credit card info, PayPal agreements, tax status).
