NG Firewall 17.0: Resolving issue with log rotation settings failing to take effect

Overview

While you are able to set the log retention in the UI, the backend functionality does not work and logs are not dropped at the appropriate time.

The script below will resolve this issue. If you do not have CLI access to your NG Firewall or you're not comfortable running scripts on it, please contact the Support team for assistance.

This change will be rolled into our next release and will not be necessary after upgrading to that version.
