I just inherited an NG Firewall server - what should I do?

If you have just inherited an NG Firewall appliance that was previously administrated by someone else, we recommend the following:

1. Connect to the NG Firewall appliance and change all administrator account passwords. Consider removing those accounts that are longer needed. The administrator password can be changed by going to Config > Administration and clicking the Change Password button next to each account. This process requires knowing an admin password. If the current password is not known, try step 2.

2. Log into ETM Dashboard. ETM Dashboard can be used to remotely administer NG Firewall appliances, assuming all of the remote access requirements have been met. A password reset can also be sent for ETM Dashboard access, but this requires access to the email address on the account.
