We do our best to bring you the best in customer support and product functionality and there may be some things that fall through the cracks. We need your help to find these imperfections so that we can continue to serve you in the best way we can. There are several different ways in which you can contribute to the Arista Edge Threat Management community:

1. Visit forums.edge.arista.com and register for an account. The forums are a great place for users all over to learn and share knowledge about Arista ETM applications/functionality. By registering for an account on the forums, you will help keep our active forums alive and kicking.
   
   
2. For any features that you would like to see implemented on your ETM installations, please visit https://feedback.untangle.com to submit a feature request. Our developers interact directly with this site, so it helps them determine what the most-wanted feature updates are!
   
   
3. If there are any knowledge base articles that we did not cover, but would like to learn more about, please send us an email to support@edge.arista.com requesting a knowledge base topic and we'll do our absolute best to bring that article to you.
