End-of-sale notification: Home Subscriptions

Overview

This page serves as notice that the Home Protect packages have reached their official end-of-sale.

No new Home Protect Basic or Home Protect Plus subscriptions are available for purchase as of March 12th, 2024. 

End of renewals

Existing Home-tier subscriptions can be renewed through April 30th, 2024. Renewals can only be completed at the current term and cannot be extended/upgraded to longer terms.

After April 30th, renewals on all Home subscriptions will be disabled: all home-tier subscriptions will automatically expire at the end of their term.

The end of renewal date affects Home Complete and HomePro subscriptions as well as the current Home Protect options.

Use of NG Firewall features

Once their subscriptions expire, existing NG Firewall installations will revert to NG Firewall free, with basic routing & security features. 

Users who wish to retain the paid NG Firewall features can purchase an NGFW Complete subscription.
