Managing remote Support access in Micro Edge

Overview

Micro Edge version 6 adds the capability to disable access by the Arista ETM Support team.

This option is enabled by default, but can be disabled at the admin's discretion when the Support team does not need remote access to the appliance.

 

Managing access

Go to Settings > System > Settings. Scroll down that page to locate the option:

 

Remove the checkbox and click Save to disable access. You can re-enable it as needed.
