Managing Alerts in Micro Edge
Overview
Micro Edge sends notifications of various event types to ETM Dashboard, where they can be sent to admins, agents, and other desired recipients. For more details on configuring recipients, please refer to Managing Notification Profiles.
Micro Edge v6.2 enables the admin to choose which event types, if any, are logged in syslog and sent to ETM Dashboard.
Configuration
These settings are found in Settings > System > Alerts. Each entry consists of a checkbox which enables or disables the specific type of event.
If any changes are made to these selections, the Save button becomes enabled. Click this to confirm your changes.
Click Reset to Defaults to return the Alerts config to its factory default settings.
Viewing Alerts
Alerts are accessible in ETM Dashboard. To view alerts in ETM Dashboard see Viewing events in ETM Dashboard.
