My OpenVPN tunnel is up, but I can't ping across it

The good news is your tunnel is probably just fine! You're likely experiencing a routing issue rather than anything wrong with OpenVPN itself. Here are some things you might try:

• Ping the remote interface's IP from a device on the local network
• Traceroute from a device on the local network to the remote network and see where the route fails
• If the remote device isn't an Edge Threat Management device, make sure it's compatible with OpenVPN
• Disable Windows' built-in firewall on the target machine(s)
