There's a new version of NG Firewall but it's not available on my device. How do I get it?
We generally roll out new versions of our software on a phased basis, so it's not always available to every NG Firewall all at once. If you've checked for upgrades in Config > Upgrade and there's nothing available, you can email us at edge.support@arista.com to request we add your NG Firewall to our early-access pool. Just be sure to include your UID in your email and we'll get you added to that list.
NG Firewall automatically checks for upgrades between 1 AM and 5 AM local time; once you've been added to the early-access group, you should see the upgrade in Config > Upgrade the next morning. If you don't see that, drop us a line and we'll investigate.
