Your NG Firewall's UID is unique to the installation, so if you've installed a fresh copy of the software your UID has changed. You can fix it by following these steps:
- Log into your ETM Dashboard account.
- Add the new UID to your ETM Dashboard by clicking Appliances and then Add Appliance, then entering the new UID:
- Remove the subscription from your old UID
- Assign the subscription to your new UID
