Where are the settings/options in Phish Blocker?

Phish Blocker gets its settings from Spam Blocker. If you change the settings on Spam Blocker, you can update Phish Blocker's settings by uninstalling and then reinstalling it. If you install Phish Blocker before Spam Blocker, you should uninstall and then reinstall Phish Blocker.
