Having trouble activating or connecting to Office 365

Microsoft maintains a list of URLs & IP addresses that should be whitelisted to allow for Office365 connections & activation. That list is found here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office365/enterprise/urls-and-ip-address-ranges

Please bear in mind that while that list looks very long, Web Filter supports wildcard matching. For example, an entry for *microsoft.com*​ will cover:

• login.microsoft.com
• accounts.microsoft.com
• live.microsoft.com
