Edge Threat Management Appliance Disconnected Alert


You may receive email alerts stating that your NG Firewall device is offline. However, this is always due to the fact that your device is not able to connect to ETM Dashboard, and not necessarily an indication that the device itself is offline.


You can always test this on the NG Firewall in Config > Network > Troubleshooting > Ping Test to determine if the device is able to reach out to internet resources.
